Sometimes it’s because they are overwhelmed with too many clients and haven’t hired someone to answer the phone; or, they only have a cell phone, and not a separate office.  Or, they might be very disorganized. Good contractors have to deal with multiple clients, multiple subcontractors, and many suppliers, plus demanding homeowner associations.  Of course, some contractors with too little business may be doing some of the manual labor themselves.

We will show you our Florida State Certified Contractor’s license and our liability and workers comp insurance.  As required by the FL Department of Professional Regulation, our license number appears on every page of our website, in our videos, and on all other marketing materials.

We will estimate all the costs for your job and put them in a contract that we both sign. Today, there are rising costs and product shortages. When we know them in advance, we help you select other materials, or tell you what the increase will be.  We have a reputation for finishing our projects on time and within your budget.

Many materials need to be ordered weeks or months in advance. However, we will advise you what can be changed and what is much harder (thus more expensive for you) to change or substitute.  Our goal is to help you accomplish the home of your dreams!

We communicate by phone, email, and text, by WhatsApp, Zoom and FaceTime, whatever is fastest and easiest for our clients.  By, the way, most of our clients are Snowbirds who live throughout the U.S., as well as in other countries, from Canada to Sweden. We deal with people in many different time zones, but we always manage to communicate effectively.
