MAX A. WILLIAMS
45 years of experience as a General Contractor, and has held licenses in three states.
Building is in his DNA, since he grew up in a family where his dad, older brother, and many other family members spent a lifetime in commercial and residential construction.
Since the 1970’s Max’s companies have built numerous single-family-home communities, and more than 2000 patio homes throughout North Carolina and Kentucky.
Here in Sarasota County, FL, Max has built single-family homes, remodeled many homes and condos. Most of our clients are referred to us by other happy customers.
When Max isn’t busy constructing the homes of people’s dreams, he enjoys flying, car racing, and donating his time by raising puppies for Southeastern Guide Dogs of Palmetto, FL.

- Atlantis Construction and Remodeling has worked exclusively in Sarasota County and Siesta Key for 16+ years, fully renovating 160 of 392 condos in a single Gulf-front complex on Siesta Key.
- Max graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Management and Finance, with a minor in Architecture.
